See how Earth looks from space! A large, three-dimensional globe rotates, seemingly suspended in air. Scientific data compiled by orbiting satellites brings the Earth's atmosphere, oceans, land masses, and surface plates to life. A play of light creates this image, using a new technology called High Definition Volumetric Display. This temporary exhibit will be on view through August 1997.
