Highland Oryzomys

Conservation Status: Vulnerable.


There is very little specific information about the Highland Oryzomys. It is very similar to Alfaro's Oryzomys, but has longer fur, its tail is much longer, and its cranium is larger than that of Oryzomys alfaroi. Its range extends from southern Chiapas, Mexico, into central Guatemala.
