This table shows that the exhibit can be used not only to personalize student learning about mammals but about animals and science in general. Concepts such as adaptation, biological evolution, principles of sheredity, and speciation, and the nature of scientific knowledge, inquiry, and endeavor are interwoven throughout the exhibit at all grade levels.
