DIMENSIONS: 25 cm high.

DESCRIPTION:
This beaded cap was a type "worn by men and dances and festivals," according to Fisher. He wrote in 1882 that the people of Woody Island had adopted new customs, and were no longer performing these ceremonies. Most had become members of the Russian Orthodox Church.
