Your annual membership of $1,000 includes:

  • An invitation to two Museum Director’s Discovery Series* events led by exhibition curators and scientists. Each event includes a reception with the Museum’s Sant Director.
  • An invitation to a special event at the Museum.
  • An annual online subscription to Smithsonian magazine and the Museum’s monthly e-mail newsletter, featuring articles on current exhibitions and scientific research

Your annual membership of $2,500 includes:

  • An invitation to two special events at the Museum.
  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum with a distinguished scientist or educator.

Your annual membership of $5,000 includes:

  • All benefits listed above.
  • An invitation to all exhibition opening receptions.
  • One specially-arranged private tour¬¬—for you and up to ten guests—of the exhibition of your choice, led by a distinguished scientist or educator.
  • Two tickets to the annual family-friendly Smithsonian Sleepover at the Museum, which includes an IMAX film screening, a light breakfast, and related activities

Events will include after-hours, behind-the-scenes tours of the Museum’s exhibitions, departmental collections, and research areas. Take an in-depth look into vital topics such as the evolutionary relationships of organisms, biodiversity, and global climate change.
