	Vikings: The North Atlantic Saga is made possible through the generous support of Smithsonian partners Nordic Council of Ministers and Volvo.

This exhibition is presented in partnership with the White House Council on the Millenium.

How to Become an Affiliated Program

The traveling exhibit Vikings: The North Atlantic Saga opens at the Smithsonian in April 2000 and travels to several cities across North America through 2002. In order to help coordinate related programming in the exhibit's host cities, the National Museum of Natural History and it's partners invite all Viking related projects that wish to be affiliated with the Smithsonian exhibit to submit a proposal for consideration. Proposals should be sent to:

Proposals will be reviewed by a Programming Task Force made up of representatives from the Smithsonian, the Nordic Embassies, the Nordic Council of Ministers, Volvo and the White House Millennium Committee. Programs which are invited to affiliate with Vikings: The North Atlantic Saga will be granted use of the official Vikings logo.
