“Because I was shooting at a relatively slow shutter speed for a 400mm lens, I had to use mirror lock-up along with a two-second delay to avoid excessive vibration which would blur the image. Every time I took a shot, the little guy would look up to see what caused the noise. I have been shooting for three and one-half years and consider myself to be a serious amateur photographer.”
