This "eye-catching" necklace is made of 18k yellow gold and platinum. The eye is pavé set with white diamonds and blue (irradiated) diamonds. The pupil is a natural black diamond and the "tear" is a 1.05ct pear-shaped D-flawless diamond. The iris and teardrop are both movable. It was designed in 1979.
