No. 15 [31. black and white, man holding reindeer head]

Most people agree that there are too many reindeer on the plains of Finnmark. In a winter of rain followed by bitter cold weather, the animals will not be able to scrape through the frozen plains to find food. Nils Henrik Baer holds the head of an animal which didn't survive the spring migration. The branded head is used as proof of ownership.
