Translation
In the name of God, the beneficent, the Merciful
Witness Abdul Rehman bin Yazid
that there is no God but God and
He is one with no companion
and that Mohammad is his servant and the messenger
and the Day of Judgment will come
there is not doubt about it |

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
شهد عبدالرحمن بن يزيد
أنه لا إله إلا الله و
وحده لا شريك له
وأن محمد عبده ورسو
له وأن الساعة آتية
لا ريب فيها
