1 1/2 pints strawberries
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
Dash of cream of tartar
Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Separately, beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until stiff. Fold both whipped ingredients with the chilled strawberries. Pour mixture into a mold or into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
