1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, chopped chives
1 1/2 teaspoons summer savory, finely chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion or scallion
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup flavored vinegar (such as tarragon)
To make a creamier dressing, substitute 2 tablespoons of heavy cream for 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
