Seed Crackers

Making your own seed crackers is easy and fun. Garnish with a variety of seeds such as sesame, poppy, celery, dill, fennel, and caraway.


Seed Crackers

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, stir softened butter until it is smooth. Add flour and salt. Mix well.

Divide dough into 4 to 6 mounds on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread into think rounds with the back of a spoon. To keep spoon from sticking, dip it into water. Sprinkle with seeds of your choice.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. Place on a wire rack or paper towels to cool.
